Having regular habitation checks on your home from home protects your loved ones from things such as fire and carbon monoxide poisoning and it identifies small problems early, before they become expensive fixes.

We come to you to undertake all to save you time delivering and collecting your caravan, camper or motorhome. We provide detailed reports on their findings and show you clearly why any work is recommended.

Or if you have a simple repair such a fridge, fire, leaking tap or window, we charge a call out rate including the first hours labour and again come to you, to help us be best prepared, all we ask is that you send us some photos during our discussions.

HABITATION CHECKS

Habitation checks are carried out on all leisure vehicles no matter how big or small.

To give you full peace of mind a habitation check includes

Full electrical systems check for both 12V & 240V circuits, appliances and batteries.
Full gas system service, including appliance testing hose age and condition, leakages, ventilation.
Review of the vehicle’s fresh water system from tank (internal or underneath) to pump, pressure, taps, and toilet. A safety check for fire and carbon
A damp check across your vehicle and you a comprehensive damp report
A check of all corner steadies and folding steps for operation and stability, windows, roof lights, roof condition and door operation, along with checking the condition and security of all underslung tanks and pipes.

TRAILER SERVICING

If you have a boat trailer, box trailer, horse trailer or car trailer, we can carry out a full chassis check as outlined above for your peace of mind and safety.

REPAIR, REPLACE, REFRESH

We all know things go wrong from time to time through fault or age, if you need a fridge, fire, oven or window seal repair or replacement we come to you. We will always try our best to repair in the first instance. For work of this type there is a call out charge including 1 hour labour and hourly thereafter, costs & time estimates given when you call us.

Motor mover repairs are also undertaken under the same basis.
